What You'll Do
Ten steps to multi-agent research orchestration
Install Infrastructure
~15 minSet up ntm (Named Tmux Manager), Agent Mail, and the brenner CLI.
Configure Agent Subscriptions
~10 minEnsure you have active API access to Claude, GPT, and Gemini.
Define Your Roster
~10 minMap agents to roles: Hypothesis Generator, Test Designer, Adversarial Critic.
Write Your Kickoff Prompt
~10 minCraft the initial research prompt that will seed all three agents.
Launch the Session
~5 minUse the brenner CLI to spawn agents and send the kickoff via Agent Mail.
Monitor Agent Collaboration
~30 minWatch as agents debate, propose, and critique. Intervene when needed.
Compile Deltas into Artifact
~10 minUse the brenner CLI to merge agent contributions into a unified research artifact.
Score the Session
~10 minEvaluate the session using the 7-dimension Brenner scorecard.
Iterate or Publish
~10 minEither start a new session round or publish the artifact for external review.
Teardown and Review
~10 minClean up resources and review what you learned.
